[Dli-wcmedproviders] Notices of Hearing: proposed amendments to Workers' Compensation treatment parameters and PPD schedule

On October 19, 2009, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry published Notices of Intent to Adopt amendments to rules governing workers' compensation treatment parameters in Minnesota Rules, chapter 5221, and the workers' compensation permanent partial disability (PPD) schedule in Minnesota Rules, chapter 5223. In response to these notices the department received more than 25 requests for a hearing. Therefore, a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the treatment parameter rules will be held on March 2, 2010, and a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the workers' compensation PPD schedule will be held on March 4, 2010. Both hearings will start at 9:30 a.m at the Department of Labor and Industry in St. Paul, and will be presided over by an administrative law judge from the Office of Administrative Hearings.
